Job Summary


Frost Law Firm, PC is an award-winning asbestos and toxic tort plaintiff law firm looking for a highly motivated Marketing Director or Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate can work independently, supervise support staff, and has experience developing business multiple marketing channels. This position is for someone who is looking to move up in their career, take on big challenges, and contribute to the growth of the firm. Unlimited opportunity to grow within the firm. This role will involve developing and managing the firm's online presence, curating content, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance our brand and engage our audience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage the company's social media profiles and presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our firm, competitors, and industry.
  • Regularly analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and content.
  • Manage and optimize the firm's website for enhanced user engagement.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategic marketing plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.


Qualifications And Skills


  • Degree or working towards a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing social media profiles and implementing digital marketing strategies (desired, but not mandatory for Intern position).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
