The Sales Development Representative is a self-motivated gladiator who can build relationships with prospective members with the best of them. This role supports HTM by using their award-winning personality to qualify prospective new members. Still like what you are reading? Here are some of the tasks that you will be working on (but don't worry, there will be plenty more tasks where these came from): * Phone Calls (inbound and outbound) * Utilize email and social channels to generate new sales opportunities from inbound leads * Building relationships with prospective members * Scheduling prospects to speak with current members and the sales team * Ensuring data accuracy within CRM * Create and present reports If you are still intrigued- here is how YOU can tell if you may be the right choice for this role: * YOU not only embrace technology but can operate and learn new programs QUICKLY * YOU find the humor in situations and know that life isn't always ultra-serious * YOU know how to get all of this done without requiring someone to light a fire under you * YOU like having goals to reach and can be persistent * YOU are ultra-organized (are your closet and drawers color coded?) * YOU not only love but are successful at building relationships Still with us? Here are the ways your resume can show us how great you are: * Prior experience in a call center, customer service, and/or collections role is HIGHLY preferred * Technically savvy (you love Excel!) * Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills are a MUST * Outstanding time management skills are a MUST Travel : Occasional travel may be required for quarterly conference participation Work Hours: This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are to be determined in conjunction with supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
