We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team – from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse, creative, and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh, innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.


Job Summary


We’re not changing marketing but we are changing how it’s done. Marketing.com delivers omni channel marketing solutions for our clients from click to print and everything in between. We’re seeking a new Creative Director to help us redefine marketing, delivering creative solutions to our client’s marketing challenges. The Creative Director will lead a team of creative professionals within our internal agency developing creative concepts for print, and digital projects.


We’re looking for someone who can not only develop creative concepts of their own for client presentations and pitches, but also inspire their team, and provide creative direction. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design as well as a mix of marketing expertise and business acumen.


Occasional may be required.


Roles And Responsibilities


  • Develop creative concepts for print and digital campaigns for existing clients and new client pitches.
  • Lead and review the work of creative teams for all web and print projects and provide feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative strategies to exceed client objectives based on predefined set of requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop pricing and proposals for existing and new client projects.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors and needs and client competitors in order to develop strategies.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of creative professionals including; graphic designers, web designers, product photographers, videographers.
  • Manage and prioritize work and resources for active engagements and pitches.
  • Review and approve creative developed by team ensuring goals of campaign are met.
  • Brainstorm, provide creative thinking and deliver innovative design that is not only pretty but functional.
  • Build team based on need and growth of Creative Services group.
  • Help to support sales team to grow revenue of Creative Services.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience as a graphic or web designer.
  • Agency experience preferred.
