- Align the team with company values, mission and vision to get the most out of individuals’ performance;
- Lead projects' early stages, the creative process and the practice within the company.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and senior leadership to define the product design vision;
- Effectively communicate at all levels;
- Plan and achieve UX Department goals along with the COO;
- Design, maintain and follow up on UX Department processes, techniques, methodologies and technologies to efficiently reach high market standards.
- Manage ream Individuals to get the most out of project assignments;
- Plan and execute ream scalability strategies and the new UX talent hiring process;
- To mentor, assist and train the UX department members to nurture career paths and to facilitate people’s growth;
- Define and design goal-oriented KPIs to analyze and follow up on UX Department Performance;
- Design and maintain UX Department technical documentation to optimize individuals’ performance;
- Manage UX Department resources and tools;
- Collaborate with COO on department finances to identify improvements, opportunities, and risks;
- Analyze department costs and needs to design an annual investment plan;
- Work with the sales team researching new clients, projects and services offered by the company to support the decision-making process.
