Join the We Vote Movement as a (remote) Volunteer Recruiter
We Vote has multiple Volunteer (experienced) Recruiter roles in support of organizational growth for the 2023-2024 election cycle. These are Volunteer roles, needing only 2-5 hours of your time per week, focusing on one type of volunteer recruiting (IE one Recruiter for our Marketing Data needs, and another Recruiter to focus on Social Media Volunteers). We have a VERY strong inbound flow of candidates, so minimal sourcing is required.
Our ideal volunteer is passionate about politics and excited to use technology to educate voters and increase voter turnout. Therefore, an ideal Volunteer Recruiter is also passionate about politics and wants to use those skills to guide volunteers through the interest, interview, and ultimately onboarding at We Vote.

What You'll Do:
Work with our leadership to create new and edit current job descriptions with JazzHR ATS.
Review incoming applications, and do an initial video screen with potential volunteers.
Facilitate the hiring process as needed for the teams you support.
Provide your input to our recruiting process, our messaging, and anywhere you feel you or we can add value.
Who you are: Must haves.
You are an experienced TA professional with 3+ years of experience
You want to work with an established and successful team.
You are committed to strengthening American Democracy.
You are striving for personal excellence, and want to do meaningful work that will make a difference.
5-6+ hours per week, with at least 1-2 hours available during business hours.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You are currently located in the US.
BA/BS (or an additional 5 years of TA work experience)
Prior experience working remotely
