- Execute against the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines with VP of Marketing and Director of Brand Marketing
- Content creation across various channels such as blog, web copy, sales collateral, webinars, video, podcast
- Build and execute thought leadership/brand awareness strategies through video, webinars, written content, media relations, etc.
- Collaborates across functions to support an effective content marketing strategy and execution which includes new content rollout, campaign support and content refreshed to ensure maximum engagement
- Create content that our audience and stakeholders find valuable
- Develop, curate, and manage content across Stax Payments various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Repurpose and optimize existing content for maximum engagement and reach
- Create and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting
- Collaborate with the design teams to develop creative assets
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
- 2+ years of content or social media experience
- Effective communicator, skilled presenter & growth minded interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong track record of working on cross-functional leadership teams for collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills - this role will interact with customers as well as our sales, product management, support, campaign marketing, and executive leadership teams
- Resourceful and self-motivated for this growth opportunity
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative climate
- Experience in Fintech and payments a plus
