You’ll assist us in bringing Stax's strategic narrative to life by creating content that effectively promotes Stax’s products and services. You’ll collaborate with different teams, including product, marketing, sales, and support, to create awareness and increase adoption by creating impactful content and social strategies.
Key Responsibilities & Objectives
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
Execute against the brand voice, tone, and style guidelines with VP of Marketing and Director of Brand Marketing
Content creation across various channels such as blog, web copy, sales collateral, webinars, video, podcast
Build and execute thought leadership/brand awareness strategies through video, webinars, written content, media relations, etc.
Collaborates across functions to support an effective content marketing strategy and execution which includes new content rollout, campaign support and content refreshed to ensure maximum engagement
Create content that our audience and stakeholders find valuable
Social Media Management
Develop, curate, and manage content across Stax Payments various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Repurpose and optimize existing content for maximum engagement and reach
Create and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting
Collaborate with the design teams to develop creative assets
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goal to stakeholders
Proven track record of strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong track record of working on cross-functional leadership teams for collaboration
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills - this role will interact with customers as well as our sales, product management, support, campaign marketing, and executive leadership teams
Resourceful and self-motivated for this growth opportunity
