Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent you will be handling inbound calls or leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers. In this role you will interact with our customers through warm inbound calls.

Pay Details:
  • Average annual earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and uncapped monthly sales incentives.
  • Top Sales Representatives have the potential to make $80-$85K annually.

Schedule Details:
  • Our Inside Sales Insurance Agent positions are offered in the State of Washington. Qualified applicants must reside in this state to be considered.
  • We are currently offering remote positions.
  • Paid training is (4) months for those with a Property and Casualty Insurance license and (4.5) months for those unlicensed. Paid training includes:
    • Product Training: 4-6 weeks of virtual training,
    • Onboarding: 12 weeks where you begin to take calls and begin earning commission.
    • Must be available to work a permanent work schedule of Four (4) weekdays and One (1) weekend day (either Sat/Sun). Weekdays and Saturday schedules are: 11:00am-8pm (EST/CST/MST) and 10:00am-7pm (PST). Sunday schedules are: 11am-8pm (EST), 10am-7pm (CST & MST) and 9am-6pm (PST
    • You can expect to work this schedule for a minimum of 9 months before consideration for another shift.

        

    Qualifications
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales and customer service
    • An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers
    • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
    • Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
    • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
