Role and Responsibilities:
You will work closely with and report to our Head of Performance Marketing, Yassine. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with Yassine in conceptualizing, launching, and maintaining digital marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be involved in various aspects of Performance and Retention Marketing, which encompass conversion rate optimization, email marketing, SMS marketing, and broader marketing strategy.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of platforms, including but not limited to, Meta, Google, Linkedin, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Hubspot, and Klaviyo. This exposure will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in leveraging different marketing channels.
Time Requirement:
This role is a full-time position, with the expectation of working approximately 40 hours per week. The role will begin with a three-month contract for fit and technical skill evaluation before changing to a permanent position.
Location:
This internship is fully remote. There will be opportunities for in-person meetups in San Antonio, Texas.

Compensation:
The total compensation for the three-month trial period is $9,000. Salary will be discussed after the trial but will be between $30,000 - $36,000.
At the end of the trail period, you will be eligible for health insurance.
