Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP, Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager will partner with the Product Marketing and Marketing Operations (MOPS) teams to drive organizational growth via brand awareness, generation of qualified leads, and conversions through digital marketing and advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing and a deep understanding of cross channel digital and ecommerce marketing strategies, including CRM/email, conversion and optimization strategy, managing brand consistency, and content optimization including copy and creative, email marketing, search marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the tactical operation and integration of all digital assets and campaigns, including the development, execution, and optimization of digital promotional campaigns from lead generation to lead nurture and conversion, leveraging creative, website, SEO/SEM, and social media platforms as tools to demonstrate the value.

The leader in this role should be driven and creative, have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and can execute integrated digital marketing campaigns from conception to implementation and optimization.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Responsible for development and execution of digital marketing strategy across all email and paid media channels including Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn as well as SEO, producing media plans and forecasts
  • Optimize, expand, and drive digital campaign efficiencies utilizing Rollworks
  • Measure and report on the performance and effectiveness of digital marketing activities, and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Manage the production of digital and social media marketing efforts consistent with The Health Management Academy’s brand, style, and tone.
  • Curate an advertising calendar that attracts and appeals to the organization’s target customer
  • Generate leads in the prospect market according to forecasted goals
  • Establish the digital identity of The Health Management Academy’s brand, enabling a thought leadership tone and company voice that resonates with our target markets
  • Provide input to the Content Calendar and guide copywriting assignments, creative needs and timelines for Blogs and Social needs
  • Responsible for managing the budget allocated for digital marketing activities and ensuring that spending is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage external vendors & agency relationships as well as oversee day-to-day campaign management and execution in partnership with agency teams
  • Provide clear, professional and efficient cross-functional communication between stakeholders to ensure effective campaign execution


Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or marketing strategy roles
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in campaign management and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) preferred
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills - writing, presentation development, collateral development
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with commercial and delivery teams
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with RollWorks is a plus

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, and distance vision, and the ability to work with screens or monitors for prolonged periods of time. This position is primarily a sedentary job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the day.

Compensation:

Pay starting at $110,000 per year and up plus benefits
