Les candidats qualifiés doivent être motivés et autonomes avec des compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et orale, soucieux du détail, bien organisés et maîtrisant AS400, SAP, Microsoft Office, Word et Excel.



Responsabilités professionnelles spécifiques


  • Soutenir la vente de produits aux clients en saisissant, gérant et accélérant les commandes pour faciliter la livraison rapide des produits aux clients
  • Répondre quotidiennement aux appels/e-mails/fax des clients, distributeurs, agents et personnel de vente externe
  • Communiquer des informations techniques aux clients, distributeurs et utilisateurs finaux, y compris les spécifications techniques, les échantillons et les catalogues
  • Traiter les demandes de devis en fournissant les prix et la disponibilité des produits, et en effectuant un suivi proactif des devis pour gagner des affaires et obtenir des informations sur le marché
  • Développer et maintenir la connaissance des produits grâce à la certification de produits jusqu'à 6 gammes de produits, y compris des produits personnalisés.
  • Collaborer avec les directeurs régionaux des ventes et les agents pour communiquer les exigences des clients et augmenter les ventes de manière proactive
  • S'entretenir avec la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les entrepôts, les centres de distribution régionaux et les transporteurs pour fournir aux clients les produits souhaités aussi rapidement que possible
  • Traiter les retours et les réclamations des clients en temps opportun
  • Résoudre les plaintes des clients de manière professionnelle et efficace
  • Communiquer avec les clients, les distributeurs et les agents de manière professionnelle et en temps opportun, à la fois verbalement et par écrit
  • Fournir une assistance et une couverture aux autres membres de l'équipe
  • Assister aux cours de formation requis, obtenir la certification du produit
  • Participer à des projets interfonctionnels, à la fois sur une base départementale et à l'échelle de l'entreprise et partager des informations pertinentes avec les autres membres de l'équipe
  • Participer aux initiatives et aux objectifs du département
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes assignées par votre gestionnaire

Principales exigences du poste


  • Connaissance de l'ordinateur central AS 400, des bases de données du système de devis, des systèmes de recherche de requêtes, des applications système basées sur SAP et Windows
  • Maîtrise des systèmes Microsoft Office et de Windows XP
  • Compétences analytiques, de documentation et de résolution de problèmes requises
  • Aptitude technique à comprendre les fonctionnalités, les spécifications et les applications du produit
  • Excellentes compétences écrites et verbales nécessaires
  • Compétences en gestion du temps, en particulier la capacité d'organiser et de gérer plusieurs priorités
  • Connaissance de l'industrie du fil et du câble, un atout
  • Doit être légalement admissible à travailler au Canada



Éducation


  • Diplôme d'études secondaires / collégiales minimum. Baccalauréat préféré.



Expérience


  • Minimum de deux ans d'expérience en ventes internes / gestion de comptes / service à la clientèle.

Team Overview And Job Responsibilities


Qualified applicants should be motivated self-starters with outstanding communications skills both written and oral, detail oriented, well organized, and proficient in AS400, SAP, Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.


Specific Job Responsibilities


  • Support the sale of products to customers by entering, managing, and expediting orders to facilitate the timely delivery of products to customers
  • Respond to calls/e-mails/faxes daily from customers, distributors, agents and outside sales personnel
  • Communicate technical information to customers, distributors and end-users, including technical specifications, samples, and catalogs
  • Process requests for quote by providing pricing and product availability, and proactively following up on quotes to win business and gain market intelligence
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge through product certification of up to 6 product lines including custom products.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers and agents to communicate customer requirements and proactively increase sales
  • Confer with supply chain, warehouses, regional distribution centers, and carriers to supply customers with desired products as expeditiously as possible
  • Process customer returns and claims in a timely fashion
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and effectively
  • Communicate with customers, distributors, and agents in a professional and timely manner both verbally and written
  • Provide back-up assistance and coverage for other team members
  • Attend required training classes, achieve product certification
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, both on a departmental and company-wide basis and share pertinent information with fellow team members
  • Participate in departmental initiatives and objectives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager


Who are we looking for?


Key Job Requirements


  • Knowledge of AS 400 Mainframe, Quoting System Databases, Query Search Systems, SAP and Windows based system applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems and Windows XP
  • Analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills required
  • Technical aptitude to understand product functionality, specifications and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills necessary
  • Time management skills, especially the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of Wire and Cable industry a plus
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada


Education


  • Minimum High School / College Diploma. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.


Experience


  • Minimum of two years experience in inside sales / account management / customer service.
