Position: Sales Associate

Location: Hybrid (North York, ON)

Tenure: Full-Time, Perm

Position Overview:

Our client is a SaaS organization looking to bring a Sales Associate onto their team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role is perfect for a junior-to-intermediate level professional looking to build their skills and contribute to a rapidly growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support the Account Management team with proactive searches
• Conduct research on potential customers, compile target lists, develop sales proposals, and schedule sales meetings
• Provide client documentation support, including order entry, vendor order entry, invoicing, and quotation preparations
• Manage, update, and utilize expert skill with their internal CRM
• Maintain understanding of market trends and movements, and update sales leaders on potential challenges and opportunities with customers
• Proactively and creatively source ways to increase revenue and profitability for the company
• Identify unique solutions for clients to best serve their needs and solve their concerns

Must Haves:

• Post-graduate degree or diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related
• Experience with SaaS product is a strong asset
• Experience with a CRM (Hubspot CRM is an asset)
• Proven experience with using problem solving skills to creatively solve customer concerns
• Exposure to project management tools and methodologies a strong asset
