Collaborate closely with internal partners in sales and portfolio management to develop innovative design solutions for complex problems.
Create a variety of deliverables such as brochures, fact sheets, sales aids, invitations, email templates, microsites, and website designs.
Work together with the Editorial and Digital teams to produce high-quality deliverables.
Monitor and manage creative requests using the project management tool Monday.com.
Collaborate with the Creative Director and Freelance Designers to create and revise designs in the pipeline.
Take charge of projects from initial concept to final creation, working independently or in teams, and effectively communicate project status to management.
Contribute to the evolution of the visual identity and the development of new templates and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with all process and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience
Proficiency in designing for both print and digital mediums, encompassing web, email, and user experience design.
Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Capability to deliver high-quality work efficiently, with careful consideration and accuracy.
Effective verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
Dependable judgment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
