Job Description
As our B2B Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and be responsible for various exciting tasks, including managing social media platforms, creating marketing materials, keeping the website up-to-date, and planning events. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that attract and retain customers.
We’re looking for someone creative, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once. If you’re passionate about marketing and technology and want to be a part of a fast-paced, dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you.
Schedule: We are flexible. At least 6 hours of your working day Monday through Friday must overlap with the Director of Marketing’s workday (8 am – 5 pm PST).
What You’ll Do
Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
Support the Marketing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, maintaining marketing reports, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer data, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership
Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns. This may include but is not limited to, managing our content and content strategy, making simple updates to our website on WordPress, creating our newsletter, and engaging with and growing our followers on various channels like social media.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
