Title: JR Graphic Designer

Location: Saint Louis, MO / Remote

CS: Looking only for Citizen or GC

Interview process: One video and done.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with internal partners in sales and portfolio management to develop innovative design solutions for complex problems.
• Create a variety of deliverables such as brochures, fact sheets, sales aids, invitations, email templates, microsites, and website designs.
• Work together with the Editorial and Digital teams to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor and manage creative requests using the project management tool Monday.com.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Freelance Designers to create and revise designs in the pipeline.
• Take charge of projects from initial concept to final creation, working independently or in teams, and effectively communicate project status to management.
• Contribute to the evolution of the visual identity and the development of new templates and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with all process and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience
• Proficiency in designing for both print and digital mediums, encompassing web, email, and user experience design.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Capability to deliver high-quality work efficiently, with careful consideration and accuracy.
• Effective verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Dependable judgment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
