We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter with weekly and monthly targets, your primary responsibility will be to identify and attract talented candidates to fill various job positions within the client’s organization. You will work independently but closely with the business manager to understand the client’s staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly. Your performance will be evaluated based on the number of job offers extended, and you will receive a base salary along with a performance-based bonus tied to your offer extension metrics.

• Collaborate with recruiting managers to understand the requirement of entry-level manufacturing production labor and demand.
• Conduct research to identify potential candidates using both online/offline tools and his/her personal or business network but not limited.
• Screen resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability and ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.
• Schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our applicant tracking system.

• Experience in staffing agency required
• Experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a manufacturing or light industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of online recruiting tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet weekly recruitment targets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience conducting job interviews and managing digital onboarding processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
