We improve our customer’s bottom-line by reducing overall cost to deliver after-hours care.

We are a team of energetic, compassionate professionals who seek to add to our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be a major contributor to a rapidly growing, private equity backed business. This position will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, primarily for remote nursing roles. This is a newly created position that will report to the Human Resources Manager to help support IntellaTriage’s growth and improve retention of newly hired employees. This role is primarily remote and office hours will be based on Central Standard Time. There may be occasional travel to our corporate office in Brentwood, TN.


What You’ll Do


As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will help drive the continued growth and optimization of the business through showing ownership by embracing our core company values. The Recruiter will have direct responsibility for sourcing, screening, hiring, and assisting with onboarding at IntellaTriage. Other responsibilities include:


  • Partner with the leadership team to continuously evolve hiring criteria, ensuring IntellaTriage hires the best possible candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates who meet the ideal candidate profile.
  • Facilitate the process of hiring and onboarding by partnering with Human Resources.
  • Assist in job posting process and manage application flow.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and Human Resources Leadership to minimize turnover rates as it relates to the hiring and selection process.
  • Participate in team-building activities, both remote and periodically onsite, to ensure personal development, team camaraderie, accountability, and loyalty to the organization.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Three or more years of recruiting experience within healthcare is required
  • Proven high performance within a remote, fast-paced environment is required
  • Experience recruiting within a call center environment is preferred
  • Availability to work standard office hours based on the Central Standard time zone
  • A demonstrable track record of workforce management, in a high growth environment
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of clinical and non-clinical operations, as well as HIPAA and State Labor Laws
  • Strong ATS experience

Benefits


  • 65K to 70K Base + potential bonus structure annually based on performance.
