Macorva, a pioneer in the field of employee engagement and performance analytics, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for an individual with a passion for problem-solving and providing outstanding administrative support.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Organize and maintain the system for filing documents.
- Perform research and compile data as needed.
- Assist in preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with internal departments and communicate with the public direct to our organization.
- Handle requests for information and data with confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a remote setting, with strong proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms.
