The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for being the main point contact for an assigned group of clients. Working directly with sales and throughout all departments, your main focus is to provide a top-notch client experience for a long and successful partnership. As an account manager, you’ll be tasked with leading marketing campaigns from the idea stage to their execution and implementation. The ideal candidate has prior experience talking, strategizing, and reviewing digital marketing on a high level. Ferocious is looking for a strong customer service skill set, an outgoing personality, a proactive approach, and a strong desire to help each client strive for success.
Key Functional Area or Responsibility:
Strong Presentation Skills: The right candidate will have vast experience preparing, and structuring calls and monthly meetings to help maximize time and wow clients
In-depth Understanding of Client Campaigns: You are expected to know how each digital offering and product can benefit the client
A Multitasking Mindset: Client discovery calls, campaign change requests, checking client budgets, reviewing performance, and answering billing questions can all be part of the daily workload
Evaluate Often: Have a pulse on your current clients' plans and offer recommendations, latest offerings, budget increase, and packages to increase growth and/or ROI
Maintain Relationships: continuously build strong client relationships on trust, knowledge, and proactive responses
Research and Provide Feedback as Needed: Be able to answer industry questions or work with the appropriate person to get the client the best answer possible
Report and Address: have a natural ability to express wins and room for growth with the clients each month
A Desire to Continually Learn: Be proactively keeping a pulse on the latest trends, offerings, and products in the digital marketing industry
Requirements:
3+ years in a direct client-facing/customer service role desired
2-3 years of digital marketing experience preferred
High-Level Knowledge of SEM, SEO, social media, and web design required
Solid presentation and communication skills
Organized and detailed
Experience working closely with a sales team is a plus
Knowledge of programmatic or performance marketing a plus

Overly Coordinated and Self Managed: You should have experience balancing your own book of clients, working with sales digital analysts, taking care of random tasks or issues, and keeping communication and information flowing.
Some Sales Experience: Provide assistance, recommendations, and information for proposals and new sales opportunities.
