MindCare Solutions is a leading provider of behavioral health services to hospitals, emergency departments, long-term care communities, outpatient clinics, and correctional facilities. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team.
This part-time, paid internship is open to current students or recent graduates and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and content creation while contributing to our mission of providing best-in-class mental health care. The position is 10-15 hours per week and will be in the greater Nashville area but will primarily work remotely.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create engaging and informative content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook
Schedule and publish posts to ensure a consistent and engaging presence on social media
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions and respond professionally
Utilize social media analytics to track and report on the performance of posts and campaigns
Content Creation and Editing:
Write and edit blog articles related to mental health topics for publication on our website and social media platforms
Conduct research to gather relevant information and resources for content development
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement
Collaborative Initiatives:
Collaborate with our current marketing efforts to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with company objectives
Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and industry standards in social media and content marketing
Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance our social media presence and engage our target audience effectively
Requirements:
Proficient in social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media management tools.
Basic knowledge of content creation, including writing, editing, and SEO
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A strong interest in mental health care with a related field of study preferred
