Are you a motivated and experienced driver recruiter looking for a flexible work-from-home opportunity? We are seeking a Contract Driver Recruiter to join our team and help us find and place qualified truck drivers. As a commission-based role, you will have the freedom to work at your own pace and earn unlimited income based on your performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilize various recruiting methods to identify and attract qualified truck drivers
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess driver qualifications and suitability for available positions
  • Maintain a strong network of potential candidates by building a pipeline, following up with past drivers, utilizing online platforms, and building relationships with industry professionals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their driver requirements and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both drivers and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, communications, and placements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively match drivers with suitable positions


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within the trucking industry
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
  • Reliable Laptop or Desktop computer (No tablets)
  • Reliable Mobile Phone
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing qualified truck drivers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards and social media channels
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements


Compensation:


This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on successful driver placements. The more drivers you recruit and place, the higher your commission will be. We provide a competitive commission structure and flexible working hours to support your success.
