The Graphic Designer (B2B) helps prioritize marketing initiatives to grow Livian’s overall brand and produces quality visual content on a daily basis (bonus points for expertise in also creating compelling copy!). This position will be responsible for developing brand strategies and strong visual content on social media, training presentations, our websites, in email campaigns, and collateral. The Graphic Designer (B2B) will collaborate with the overall marketing team to create engaging email newsletters for recruits, social media content for sharing the stories of Livian’s agents and associates, and assist in any other marketing initiatives and projects as assigned.

You might be the ideal candidate if:
- You are a strong graphic designer with the ability to develop online and print marketing pieces quickly - at an extremely fast-pace with quality output. You are creative and eager to design new materials daily while retaining (and refining) the look and feel of our brand.
- You live and breathe design and are well-versed in design software from Adobe Creative Suite to Canva. You research and analyze best practices regularly and optimize your designs to ensure high-engagement and brand fidelity. You understand scale and working to find efficiencies in designs to scale your efforts.
- You thrive on production… you love a full to-do list and producing high-quality content on a regular basis. You are upbeat, fast-paced, drama-free, hungry, and a learning-based individual. You don’t need hand-holding and thrive in an environment with no micromanagement.
- You are ambitious and a self-starter. You can’t stand mediocrity and push yourself to be better every day than the last. You lead yourself first and crave constructive feedback. You are open to many rounds of revisions, getting feedback from individuals with competing opinions, and working to a finalized product that you and stakeholders all feel good about.
- You collaborate well with others, yet thrive on independent work. You need minimal hands-on management, manage your own time, keep a consistent schedule, are communicative, work until the job is done, and thrive on quality output quickly.
Bonuses points for: Real estate team experience or extensive knowledge, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, SquareSpace, and MailChimp, a passion for creative writing with strong calls to action.
Daily Priorities Include:
- Collaborate on creative development – collateral, social media graphics, email newsletters for the Livian brand
- Meet with divisional leaders as needed to discuss their marketing projects
- Develop the overall social media, visual content and website engagement strategies for the corporate brand and team and agent attraction efforts
- Create and and deploy email campaigns and newsletters, including recruiting campaigns and event campaigns for training events
- Design assets for marketing Mega Camp, Family Reunion and Livian Advance, along with regional events
- Help lead, mentor, and coach design virtual partners
- Assist with the development and design of new presentations and pitch decks
- Perform regular visual optimizations to corporate websites
- Design, develop and deploy bi-monthly recruiting newsletters and event email campaigns
- Respond to interdepartmental marketing requests and turn pieces around in 24 hours
- Research ways to scale visual content development, through AI tools for scalability
- Make strategic updates to the Livian Intranet as needed – own the overall strategy and updates to it
- Partner with Marketing team members on storytelling about Livian and the Livian brand through refined visual design
