The Role
We're looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to help us find and hire the most talented candidates. Though this is a full lifecycle role, your superpower will be sourcing.
You will develop and execute on creative, sometimes unorthodox sourcing strategies to ensure we consistently have a quality AND high-volume talent pipeline. You will obsess over deeply understanding every candidate before moving them forward past their screen with you. Finally, you will close candidates because of your ability to sell them on our powerful mission and the opportunity we have for tremendous growth.
Responsibilities
- Own full life-cycle recruiting for assigned roles.
- Source a high-volume of passive candidates. While we expect a high volume, we hold a high bar for the quality of candidates you will bring into the pipeline.
- Give the candidate an amazing experience throughout their process. We want everyone we engage with to be impressed with how much they loved getting to know Overjet, regardless of whether or not they join us.
- Ensure operational excellence as related to our recruiting processes and managing candidates in Greenhouse (our ATS) and other recruiting systems.
- To sum up the above, hire the best people for Overjet so that we achieve our incredible potential as a company.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with full-lifecycle recruiting, with an emphasis on sourcing top technical talent.
- Experience with tools and systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent organizational ability.
- Ability to think creatively to source hard-to-find candidates.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.
