Dental Care Alliance is currently seeking a Remote Marketing and Lead Recruitment Specialist, you will play an integral role in nurturing and maintaining relationships with all university leads throughout the year in efforts to drive new graduate hires. You will provide support and recruitment efforts to our Clinical Programs Coordinator. Lead and manage social media and marketing efforts to support University Relations.
Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**) :
Create and maintain relationships through creative messaging with dental students, hygiene students and residents
Manage, facilitate and execute all lead reach out and follow-up
Lead monthly meetings with team members for updates and/or added opportunities
Align and collaborate with Clinical Programs Director on recruiting efforts
Build Partnerships with dental and hygiene recruiters
Create relationships with CDOs, DDs, DVPs and RMs throughout DCA
Ability to design and create marketing material
Manage all social media, marketing and communications for University Relations needs
Manage consistency, attention to detail and multi-tasking multiple projects
Participates in the development of training materials, as needed.
Travel is required 25%
Other duties as assigned.
Work Environment
This candidate will operate remotely in their home office, with occasional travel if needed.
