Overview
- Create and maintain relationships through creative messaging with dental students, hygiene students and residents
- Manage, facilitate and execute all lead reach out and follow-up
- Lead monthly meetings with team members for updates and/or added opportunities
- Align and collaborate with Clinical Programs Director on recruiting efforts
- Build Partnerships with dental and hygiene recruiters
- Create relationships with CDOs, DDs, DVPs and RMs throughout DCA
- Ability to design and create marketing material
- Manage all social media, marketing and communications for University Relations needs
- Manage consistency, attention to detail and multi-tasking multiple projects
- Participates in the development of training materials, as needed.
- Travel is required 25%
- Other duties as assigned.

- Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Preferred experienced in Canva, ICims, Excel and Sharepoint
