LaSalle Network has teamed up with a leading national based healthcare organization and we are currently seeking a skilledHealthcare Recruiterwith a specific focus on RCM positions to join their dynamic team. This is a 100% remote role!
Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities
Identify, source and recruit qualified candidates for Revenue Cycle Management positions, including roles such as RCM Managers, Medical Coders, Billing Specialists and Collections Representatives
Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks and direct sourcing, to attract and engage top talent in the RCM field
Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate their skills, experience and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific RCM staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions
Maintain a strong network of RCM professionals and proactively engage with passive candidates to build a talent pipeline
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiations
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in RCM regulations and emerging technologies to effectively assess candidate qualifications and match them with relevant opportunities
Healthcare Recruiter Requirements
Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferably with a focus on RCM positions
In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including medical coding, billing, claims processing and collections
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms and other recruitment tools
