- Identify, source and recruit qualified candidates for Revenue Cycle Management positions, including roles such as RCM Managers, Medical Coders, Billing Specialists and Collections Representatives
- Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks and direct sourcing, to attract and engage top talent in the RCM field
- Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate their skills, experience and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific RCM staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions
- Maintain a strong network of RCM professionals and proactively engage with passive candidates to build a talent pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiations
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in RCM regulations and emerging technologies to effectively assess candidate qualifications and match them with relevant opportunities
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferably with a focus on RCM positions
- In-depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes, including medical coding, billing, claims processing and collections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms and other recruitment tools
