Job Description
- User Experience Design:
- Translate ideas and concepts into world-class designs, including journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Be data and user research informed to solve problems.
- Design mobile-first experiences with a focus on responsive design for desktop and tablet platforms.
- Conduct user research studies, summarize findings, and turn them into actionable improvements.
- Leverage competitor analysis and industry best practices to improve the user experience continuously.
- Visual Design:
- Be up to date on design trends and have excellent visual design skills
- Have an understanding of working and using design systems
- Create pixel-perfect design specifications and assets.
- Develop iconography, micro-animations, and UI illustrations to enhance the visual appeal.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, business intelligence, and design, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Facilitate design workshops to gather insights and align stakeholders.
- Clearly and concisely communicate design ideas and problem-solving approaches within a team environment.
- Solicit and provide constructive feedback to improve design iterations.
- Project Management:
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying well-organized and meeting deadlines.
- Work with product owners to contribute to the roadmap and product requirements.
- Design based on requirements and user data, delivering concepts that demonstrate potential solutions.
- Ensure effective communication with agile development teams by providing clear design specifications and guidance.
- Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in designing mobile apps, responsive design, and software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a solid UX process and exceptional visual designs, preferably for mobile applications.
- Follow and have a passion for sports
- Background in visual design with the ability to create pixel-perfect design specifications.
- Experience creating and maintaining style guides and component libraries for consistent product delivery.
- Proficiency in prototyping and testing mobile concepts.
- Experience in conducting user interviews, usability tests, and summarizing research findings.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Axure, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud products.
- Excellent technical knowledge to effectively communicate with agile development teams.
- Familiarity with creating iconography, micro-animations, and UI illustrations.
- Collaboration and Time Management:
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Excellent time and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
