Position Description
PAR Technology’s Marketing Team is highly important to driving the company’s growth by utilizing a variety of strategies that increase awareness and help our Sales and Customer-focused teams grow and retain our client base. The Marketing team is responsible for all demand generation activities including integrated campaign creation, Account Based Marketing and digital channel execution, engaging product and customer marketing initiatives, website copy, SEO, SEM, PR, and client and trade-show events.
As a PAR Content Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to tell PAR’s brand story through the creation of a variety of assets. You’ll be responsible for curating and implementing content across various channels that align with PAR’s overall objectives and engages its target audiences. Working closely with other Marketing team members you’ll help create content that builds and drives demand for PAR’s products and services.

What You Will Do And Be Responsible For
Write clear and compelling copy for blog posts, white papers, eBooks, landing pages, case studies, email campaigns, video/podcast scripts, websites, and other content marketing assets.
Identify and interview customers for case studies and webinars.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice for content across all Business Units.
Work closely with marketing leadership and Business Unit leadership in the development of content and manage the content calendar.
Recommend new ways to utilize existing content as part of our overall content strategy.
Create and edit video and podcast content for web and social media usage.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Integrated Campaign teams to plan and execute content projects and work with subject matter experts inside the organization to gather information and produce content.
Support SEO initiatives with content optimization and implementation on the website and across all channels.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field
5-7 years of experience in content writing for B2B audience
Demonstrated writing skills for a B2B audience
Strong grammar and editing skills and an attention to detail
Robust understanding of content marketing, including SEO
Proven ability to develop effective content across a variety of channels
Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
The capacity to juggle and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to execute a comprehensive content strategy across multiple product lines
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to learn new systems quickly
