Marketing Solutions practice was formed in 2016 to productize new offerings from RWS existing language and rich media content management and adaptation services. The mission for Marketing Solutions is to create broader solutions for existing and new clients – marrying RWS well established language skills and our geographic footprint with visual content management expertise to adapt, manage and activate global marketing communications.
About The Role:
We are currently looking for project-based, in-market freelance SEO specialists to join our fast-growing international pool of talent. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with leading brands. We are looking for people who are passionate about what they do and that have a genuine interest in helping brands speak across cultural borders. People who are happy working off-site but who are happy to be an extension of our in-house teams, bringing their creative and local market know-how to be a part of our clients´ success.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and French
- Minimum 3 to 5 years proven experience as SEO specialist in an agency environment or in-house
- Two to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with and active user of various SEO industry-leading software
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Wide knowledge of/interest in local culture, advertising regulations, and keeps on top of global trends and the changing media landscape (including awareness of emerging digital channels)
- High level of awareness of brand strategy
- Research SEO keywords to use based on project briefs issued by RWS
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
