Midi Health is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our fast-growing healthcare startup.

• Remote opportunity
• Flexible hours as we serve candidates from EST to PST

• 3+ years of experience as an Onboarding Specialist
• Experience in healthcare required
• Startup experience highly preferred
• Greenhouse Recruiting and Onboarding expertise required
• Rippling Admin expertise required
• Google Sheets expertise required
• Super-power focus on detail
• Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to directional change
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Ability to navigate between multiple departments to accomplish tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse cross-functional team
• Strong sense of ownership
• Willingness to accept and implement feedback

• Work closely with cross-functional teams and leaders
• Create a smooth transition between recruitment and onboarding for new hires
• Set up new hires with system access, including HRIS
• Ensure all new hire tasks are being accomplished in a sequential and timely manner
• Build strong relationships with new hires
• Provide a high-touch, world class experience for new hires
