Axacraft is a leading digital agency seeking talented UX/UI designers interested in nearshore or fully remote work. You will join our global team, led by the founder and former digital leader at Starbucks, MGM Resorts and Athletic Greens, to conceptualize and design beautiful, functional interfaces for major client projects across web, mobile, and beyond.

In this role you will:
  • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand client goals and end user needs
  • Research user pain points and translate findings into intuitive user flows and wireframes
  • Design creative concepts and polished high-fidelity visual mockups to bring ideas to life
  • Rapidly iterate through feedback cycles to refine and enhance designs
  • Maintain and expand our reusable component libraries and design systems
  • Promote design consistency, best practices, and human-centered principles

We are looking for:
  • 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
  • Expert skills with design tools like Figma, Framer, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile and cross-platform projects
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and concepts clearly
  • Comfortable collaborating in fast-paced agile environment

This is a full-time opportunity for someone passionate about using design to tackle big challenges. You can work remotely from anywhere in Latin America or around the world.
