ServiceNow (SNOW) Developer nuspire.com/careers About Nuspire: The Impact You Will Make: The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for implementing configuration and custom development to create and maintain integrations with other systems and improve the efficiency of our organization. They collaborate with peers and stakeholders to ensure we are supporting our processes with technology. In This Role You Will: Design, develop, and implement features and improvements to Nuspire’s ServiceNow implementation. Design, build, and maintain integrations between Nuspire ServiceNow and other third-party tools. Analyze and interpret highly complex diagrams and data to arrive at actionable recommendations. Collaborate with product teams, engineering teams, and other ServiceNow administration teams to identify and implement solutions. Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, performance, and reliability. Consistently deliver and iterate on features inside of sprints. Document and track feature delivery inside of an agile framework. Participate and encourage others in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Competencies You Bring: Professional experience with ServiceNow modules ITSM, CSM, and CMDB. Professional experience configuring and maintaining Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions and Script Includes utilizing Glide Form, Glide System and Glide Record objects. Professional experience with front end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML). Integrating APIs, email, LDAP, and external web services in ServiceNow. Importing data from various Data Sources using Import Sets and Transform Maps. Experienced in the process of upgrading ServiceNow versions. Proficient in verbal and written English to succeed in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment. Proficient in clearly articulating and iterating with others about complex technical, architectural, and organization issues. Positive and solution-oriented mindset. Self-motivated and self-managing with strong organizational skills. Understanding of application and network security. Experience or ability to thrive in a remote work environment. Computer Science Education or equivalent experience. Portfolio of projects and deliverables, especially with links to source code will trump education. Bonus Points If You Have: Up-to-date Certified System Administrator certification preferred. Up-to-date Certified Application Developer is a plus. Experience with ITAM, Automation Engine Studio (AES), and/or UI builder is a plus. Experience working in Integration Hub. Experience working in modern development frameworks (react, angular, Vue). Experience working in peak performance organization, preferably a tech startup. Enterprise software company experience.
