HustleFish is a team of misfits who got bored of their corporate jobs and were ready to build something different from the ground up. We’re made up of expert designers, developers, and marketing professionals who have perfected their craft. We don’t believe in micro-managing (nobody got time for that), we expect every team member to own their role and take it to the next level.
We believe in people over profit, starting with our employees - no one is burning the candle on both ends, we don’t expect 60 hour work weeks. We work to live, not live to work. We also want what’s best for our clients, which means sometimes telling them no - even if it means not making a sale.
Requirements
This role is to help HustleFish grow into a new region. The person in this role must:
Have a self-starter mentality and a entrepreneurial spirit
Be excellent in hunting for new business, and closing sales
Be willing to do whatever it takes to find new leads, including prospecting (yes, that means cold calling when necessary)
Enjoy networking with people in the community to find new connections and create opportunities.
Hit goals, including total revenue projections and sales behavior goals, as well as other KPIs.
Be passionate about helping people through your work.
Be comfortable interfacing with potential clients of all backgrounds.
Be a clear, direct communicator with the internal team, and clients alike.
Be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment while working remote
Have experience building a strong network and using that network to develop new sales opportunities
Use a variety of tools to build a book of business including online tools.
Be absolutely committed to caring for people over profit - this includes how we treat team members, clients, vendors, etc
Be coachable. Willing to learn, always pushing to grow.
Experience in selling marketing services is helpful but not required

This is a full time, remote position.
Competitive Salary (Base + Commission - OTE Year 1 $90-100k | OTE Year 2 $120-130k | OTE Year 3 $160k-170k)
