Job Description
Are you seeking an entry-level position with room for growth? Look no further! Join our team and become a part of a program dedicated to mortgage assistance and foreclosure prevention.
Responsibilities
Customer Care: Manage a daily caseload of customers and oversee their investor-related activities.
Communication: Provide top-notch customer service through inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence.
Assistance Programs: Evaluate customer eligibility for various COVID-19 payment assistance programs and conduct financial interviews to determine loan modification options and return loans to normal servicing.
Qualifications
Customer Service: Prior experience in customer service is a plus, with call center or banking experience highly regarded.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills are a must.
Problem Solving: Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities.
Goal-Oriented: Strong desire to achieve performance goals.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and skills.
Team Player: Ability and willingness to collaborate with a diverse customer base.
Initial on-site equipment pickup is required at our Maumee office.
Pay: Competitive hourly wage
Bonus: Eligible for monthly incentives, with the potential to earn up to $400 per month.
