The Customer Support Specialist position requires a strong customer focus and commitment to improve processes in a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for contributing to the growth of a rising organization. This position is to cover the hours of 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm Eastern time in order to provide support to customers in later time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests via phone, email, live chat and virtual meetings
- Keep careful records of customer activity in data entry tools
- Identify and manage customer issues and feedback in order to effectively deliver information to the right channels
- Contribute to customer retention efforts and other designated outreach assignments
- Knowledge Base content creation
- High School diploma or GED, college experience a plus
- Prior experience in a customer support role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong computer and technology skills, including prior data entry experience
- Ability to multitask
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team
- Must be able to adapt schedules based on season and volume.
