As a writer at Sully Corp, you will play an integral role in shaping the voice and message of our brand. You'll craft persuasive, informative, and engaging content that caters to our diverse clientele in the Toronto business sector. Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content including blog posts, case studies, white papers, newsletters, and web copy that showcases our solutions and expertise.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify content needs and strategize on optimal messaging for targeted audiences.
3. Research: Dive deep into industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to ensure our content is timely, relevant, and stands out in the market.
4. Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is grammatically correct, adheres to our style guide, and aligns with the tone and voice of our brand.
5. Feedback Implementation: Revise and update content based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure it meets company standards and objectives.
6. Content Management: Organize, schedule, and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional writing experience, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to specific audiences.
- Strong research skills with an ability to translate complex topics into understandable content.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
- Detail-oriented with impeccable grammar and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with the Toronto business landscape is a plus.
