Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Passionate User Experience Designer who is passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual who is committed to designing innovative and user-centric digital solutions. As a Passionate User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, user interfaces, and other digital designs to support our affordable housing initiatives. You will collaborate with our experienced team of professionals to ensure that our digital solutions are intuitive, effective, and meet the needs of our diverse communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in user experience design, including wireframing, prototyping, and user interface design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with user research and user testing methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adjust to changing priorities and requirements
  • Passion for creating exceptional digital experiences that are accessible, inclusive, and user-centric
  • Experience with affordable housing initiatives or social impact projects is a plus
