What You'll Do
- Write clean, testable code adhering to best practices with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.
- Develop, test, and deploy websites using a variety of tool sets for multiple high traffic sites.
- Develop a long term strategy and vision, to elevate their marketing sites in terms of accessibility, performance, and tooling.
- Function as technical liaison between marketing and engineering.
- Bring your passion for accessibility to ensure our websites are for everyone.
- Participate in planning and agile ceremonies within the Growth team and through partnership with the marketing team.
- Build responsive web applications using CSS and HTML.
- Collaborate with a diverse organization to understand and meet the goals, needs, and priorities of our users.
- Take ownership and responsibility for website performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Implement SEO best practices, such as optimizing HTML tags, URL structure, meta descriptions, and ensuring proper indexing and crawling of web pages.
- Advise on CMS and site functionality choices to optimize website performance and support the needs of the business.
- Implement in-app tracking and marketing technology that support marketing initiatives.
- Enable the marketing team to quickly add, edit, and delete pages across websites.
