We seek a dedicated and customer-focused Account Executive/Client Support to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding, building, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and continued growth of our business. You will be reporting directly and working closely with the founder/CEO.

Tasks

  • Onboarding: Facilitate smooth client onboarding processes, ensuring clients clearly understand our offerings and how they align with their goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products/services that align with the client's needs and contribute to their success.
  • Client Support and Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner, coordinating with internal teams to find solutions through our email, website, and social media.
  • Proactive Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on product enhancements, new offerings, and relevant industry news.
  • Retention Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze client usage and engagement data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas where additional support may be required.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on client interactions, feedback, and account performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Feedback and Assessment Loop: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor our products/services to best meet those needs and act as a voice of the client within the company, providing insights and suggestions for product/service enhancements based on client feedback.
Requirements

  • Proven experience in client support, customer service, or account management roles.
  • Experience or familiarity in the Real Estate Industry is a plus
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and building lasting relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address client challenges and find creative solutions.
  • Empathy: Ability to understand and empathize with clients' perspectives and needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Effective organization and time-management abilities to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiation and conflict resolution to handle challenging situations and ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to inform client strategies.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using software tools, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other relevant technologies.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques to drive account growth.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across different internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Ethical Conduct: Uphold the highest ethical standards while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Compensation

Up to 11 CAD/hour depending on experience


Work Setting

  • This role starts as a part-time position and eventually full-time as the company grows.
