About the position
MY SALON Suite is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development, maintenance, and integration of our Salesforce system with WordPress, NetSuite, and our custom payment processing solution.

The candidate has extensive experiences designing, developing and optimizing Salesforce applications using Salesforce platform best practices. They have the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Experience We Need
- Maintain and integrate Salesforce with other systems including WordPress, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Lobby display systems, and our custom payment processing solution for ACH and Credit Card payments.
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Design, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce software applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce system-related issues.
- Maintain data quality by identifying, deleting or merging duplicate records, cleansing and updating inaccurate data.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities to make recommendations on process improvements.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Salesforce development.
- Experience working with a large number of users (30+ internal users, 350+ partner users, and 4000+ customer users) is preferred.
- Solid experience with integrating Salesforce with external enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of APEX, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SAML, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Mastery of creating Unit Tests, deployment packaging, and change management.
- Deep familiarity with Experience Cloud (Partner Community and Customer Community) including its permissions, roles, profiles, and limitations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations is required.
Other Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- End user support and interaction is a primary responsibility. As such, proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this position.
