We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Customer Experience Specialist! If you are a customer success professional who is excited about providing exceptional customer service and helping the territory gain a steady customer base, then we have a position for you. This position is responsible for understanding the needs, motivations, and emotions of customers, then applying this knowledge to strengthen customer base and apply it to training others.
How you will make an impact
- Collaborate closely with operations team about inventory needs and account development
- Collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction using various forms of communication including phone calls and email correspondence
- Develop customer base by making cold and warm sales calls
- Work in an environment that is strategic, high-volume, and fast-paced
- Plans territory sales approach, trains new team members, assists in quoting and pricing for customers, negotiating when necessary
Requirements
- Proven ability to collaborate with others is essential, as well as strong project management and problem-solving expertise
- Great computer skills including knowledge and experience with customer relationship management software and SAP
- Strong skills in sales, preferably in the fabrication field
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to enhance the customer experience
- Candidates who possess strong interpersonal, customer service, and communications skills, including exceptional listening capabilities
