We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer with AWS expertise to join our dynamic team.

Position: Java Backend Developer with AWS

Location: Plano, TX/Reston, VA (Initially Remote)

Duration: Long-term Contract

Mandatory Skills

  • Proficiency in Core Java, AWS, Spring, and Angular 4 or higher.
  • A minimum of 10 years of programming experience with Java, J2EE, XML, and Web Services.
  • Strong expertise in Microservices, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST-based web services.
  • Proven experience in Agile Scrum software development methodology.
  • Familiarity with developing applications in distributed environments.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, including AWS Code Build, AWS Code Commit, AWS CodePipeline, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, AWS CLI, Yaml, CloudFormation, and Serverless Deployment.
  • Previous involvement in application integrations, including SOAP/REST Web Services, ESB, JMS, File/Data transfers, and more.
