Description:*
Will be working out of contact center and responsible for fielding inbound calls from customers who own their product (discount prescriptions cards)
Will be responsible for providing website navigation support, updating customers' accounts, and providing insight to more affordable medication options
Will interact directly with customers primarily inbound but with some outbound via telephone and computer technology
Responsible for answering all phone calls within the workday to assist customers (i.e., patients, pharmacists, physicians, sales reps, etc.) with activations and troubleshooting
Provide customer service related to programs to pharmacists, physicians, consumers, and sales representatives
Understand and use of basic phone etiquette, reporting adverse events and dependability and reliability in regards to reporting to work on time and give sufficient notice of absences known in advance
