Description:*
The Member Experience Representative answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
A majority of the inbound calls are from members that are eligible for a gym program through specific Medicare plans.
Being able to provide program information to our Medicare population using patience and motivation, while providing high-quality customer service is a requirement.

Strong customer service skills to support interaction with end users in a pleasant, professional, and courteous manner
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office
Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer
Strong attention to detail
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
Ability to work from home in professional setting with strong internet connection

Must be on webcam for training and meetings *
Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST*
Training: 2 weeks Mon-Fri 9am-530pm EST
Shift: 8 hr. shift provided within business hours, must be OPEN. * **No time off will be allowed in December-January
