We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Revenue Marketing Team for a fixed term of 1 year. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads via improving organic search traffic, optimizing our international websites, and implementing effective account-based marketing strategies on a global level. Your expertise will play a crucial role in elevating our online visibility and expanding our reach in international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Global Digital Strategy: Help develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and growth targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with overall marketing and business goals. 
  • SEO Strategy: Help develop and execute effective SEO strategies, best practices and guidelines for international websites to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive relevant leads. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimization, and technical SEO enhancements to boost search performance. 
  • International Websites: Help oversee the management and optimization of our international websites. Collaborate with regional teams to ensure website content is culturally relevant and aligned with local market preferences. 
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies for key target new logo accounts on a global level. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify high-potential accounts and create personalized marketing plans to engage and convert them. 
  • Conversion Optimization: Help identify areas of improvement in the user journey and implement strategies to optimize website and landing page conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the regional marketing teams, content team, and web developers to align SEO efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives. 
  • Web, SEO and ABM Reporting: Utilize web, SEO and ABM tools and analytics to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations. 
Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, ABM, website strategy, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. 
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies. 
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to make data-backed decisions. 
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. 
  • Experience in managing and optimizing international digital marketing campaigns, considering regional preferences and cultural nuances. 
  • Understanding of content localization and translation strategies. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams. 
Exceptional Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with SugarCRM, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Triblio, Leadforensics and SalesLoft a plus.
