Position Available: Part-Time Marketing Communications Specialist

Employment Type: Remote (Contract: 12 Months)

Work Schedule: Flexible Hours (9:00 am - 1:00 pm, regardless of time zone)

About Us

We're seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Marketing Communications Specialist. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate and contribute to marketing initiatives across various channels. As a valuable team member, you'll play an integral role in enhancing our company's brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

E-Newsletters (Internal/External):

Craft and edit compelling digital weekly newsletters using Poppulo for internal distribution.

Create and manage promotional and operational emails utilizing Marketo, adhering to our brand guidelines, and oversee the email schedule.

Social Media Management

Curate and manage impactful content and visuals on our LinkedIn channel via Sprout Social to organically grow and engage our follower base.

Develop engaging social media posts aligned with our brand guidelines, including interactive content.

Lead Generation

Ensure efficient distribution of leads to the relevant sales roles within the organization.

ABM Campaigns (Account-Based Marketing)

Collaborate with Marketing Managers to coordinate and optimize ABM campaigns effectively.

Virtual Events

Market and oversee virtual events (such as live and on-demand webinars, virtual booths, etc.) using the Livestorm platform.

Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate the creation of digital ads, brochures, and flyers.

Assist in event and trade show collateral, promotion, and logistics.

Contribute to managing digital archives and assist in lead generation operations.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience of 3-5 years in SEO, PPC, and/or social media marketing.

Proficiency in Marketo or similar platforms.

Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn advertising platforms, and certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics are advantageous.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.

Prior experience in healthcare, medical diagnostics, or pharma, or a background in creating collateral for these industries is preferred.
