About The Opportunity
Veza is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is an essential / integral part in managing the entire interview process. This person will serve as a point of contact for candidates alongside our recruiters to help ensure every candidate has an amazing interview experience. We are looking for someone that is motivated, organizational expert and who works effectively with the business partners (TA, hiring managers and candidates). This person must have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
You will:
- Be responsible for facilitating the entire candidate interview process and coordinating/scheduling a high volume of virtual as well as onsite interviews for candidates with speed, accuracy and efficiency
- Create offer documents and initiate background checks for candidates.
- Proactively work to solve scheduling challenges and partner with TA Partners, Interview Teams, and Hiring Managers as well as EAs as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate data
- Build strong relationships with candidates, the talent acquisition team, and hiring teams to deliver a world-class candidate experience
- Act as a super-user for our ATS, including updating candidate records, tracking recruiting activities, reviewing metrics and auditing jobs.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and scheduling efficiencies
You have:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience required
- 2 + years of coordination or administrative support experience required
- Experience working with Greenhouse required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Experience with Microsoft O365 Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
- Ability to flex and work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
- Experience working with cross functional teams to improve processes and results
- Proven recruiting project management expertise and customer service focus
