We are currently seeking an Abroad Travel Coordinator to join our dedicated team. **Responsibilities:**
- **Client Consultation:**
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, desires, and specific requirements for abroad travel.
- **Travel Planning:**
- Create personalized itineraries for clients, considering their destination, budget, and travel dates.
- Research and select suitable flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation options to meet clients' expectations.
- Ensure that all travel arrangements align with the clients' needs and preferences.
- **Documentation and Logistics:**
- Handle all documentation, including visas, passports, and travel insurance, and ensure clients have the necessary travel documents.
- Coordinate transportation to and from airports, hotels, and activities.
- Manage logistics such as booking flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
- **Communication:**
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the planning and booking process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide support before, during, and after their travels.
- **Vendor Relations:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel industry partners to ensure high-quality service for clients.
- **Client Experience:**
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the client experience by offering personalized recommendations and anticipating their needs.
- Handle any unforeseen travel disruptions or issues, providing solutions and support to clients.
- **Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in travel coordination, travel agency, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
- Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, documentation, and visas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- A passion for travel and the ability to inspire clients with exciting travel options.
