Services include marketing strategies, client acquisition, sales techniques, booking assistance, and expert guidance within the travel industry. With a strong commitment to education and mentorship, this travel agent ensures that all the tools and knowledge needed for success are provided to their recruits. We provide all the training and tools necessary for you to be successful.
**Responsibilities:**
**Recruitment:**
- Source, interview, and evaluate potential travel agent candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pool of qualified travel agent candidates for current and future needs.
- **Talent Attraction:**
- Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract travel agents.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel industry professionals to tap into referral networks.
- **Candidate Assessment:**
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the company's standards and values.
- **Onboarding:**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new travel agents, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in their roles.
- **Benefits Communication:**
- Effectively communicate the enticing benefits we offer, such as flexible schedules, travel discounts, IATAN card opportunities, CLIA membership, E & O Insurance, and certification with suppliers.
- **Training and Development:**
- Assist in organizing and promoting certification classes for suppliers, helping travel agents earn free cruises, theme park tickets, and other rewards upon completion.
- **Online Presence:**
- Create and maintain personal websites for travel agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and information needed to excel in their roles.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, especially in the travel industry is advantageous..
- Knowledge of the travel industry, including supplier relationships, IATAN, and CLIA, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with online recruiting tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
