THE POSITIONWe are hiring a talented Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in 4C Strategies North America sales team, targeting clients in the Public and Corporate market segments in North America. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be the technical expert, responsible for understanding customer needs, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting the value of our products to prospective clients. Your profound expertise and talent to translating complex technical concepts into completing narratives will be crucial in ensuring successful sales conversions.
THE JOBOur Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for:Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Exonaut Resilience PlatformStay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to our solutionsCollaborate with the wider sales team to identify customer needs and pain points and map these against capabilities of the Exonaut Resilience Platform.Deliver engaging and impactful product demonstrations to showcase our solutions' capabilities.Tailor demonstrations to highlight features that directly address customer requirementsBuild rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholdersCreate compelling technical proposals, whitepapers, and documentation to support the sales process including RFX processes.Provide technical delivery workplan input to project plans and statements of work including budget, timeline, and resource requirements.Collaborate with the 4C Group marketing team to create sales collateral that resonates with customers.In collaboration with the Customer Success Team (Implementation and Expert Consultants), lead the design and execution of proof-of-concept projects to validate the effectiveness of Exonaut against customer requirements.Analyze PoC results and provide insights to clients, showcasing the value of Exonaut over competing solutions]Support the development of Exonaut by escalating feedback to 4C Group’s Product Office
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution engineering role, preferably in a technology or software company.Experience in designing and delivering Proof of Concepts as well as technical proposals and input to software implementation plans.Proven track record of working in a collaborative setting to attain high sales quotas.Willingness to travel and meet with internal/external stakeholders and attend conferences/events.
REQUIRED SKILLS:Excellent presentation and communication capabilities, both in written and verbal forms, with the expertise to create compelling product presentations for audiences of varying technical backgrounds.Flexibility to adapt to evolving customer requirements and customize solutions accordingly.Exceptional problem-solving aptitude for addressing customer challenges and proposing suitable solutions.Collaborative team player who values relationship-building and can work closely with the broader sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve shared goals.Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.Knowledge in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and APIs.Basic knowledge of SQL databases.Solid understanding of web design and development principles.
DESIRED SKILLS:Subject matter knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, Incident & Crisis Management and Training & Experiences Management is a plus.
