Growth Marketing Manager

Description

As the Growth Marketing Manager at W Energy, you will develop and implement growth marketing campaigns focused on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to establish a unified approach to W Energy Software’s marketing efforts. You will play a pivotal role in engaging with existing audiences and increasing brand awareness in the industry. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns that support growth objectives, ultimately driving revenue growth. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on data-driven decision making while working across a wide range of marketing channels and tactics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and energy while making a meaningful impact in the industry.

Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Set campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and KPIs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to establish a unified approach to marketing.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business and brand strategies.

Brand Marketing:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute brand marketing campaigns.
  • Increase brand awareness and engage existing audiences by communicating the company's unique value proposition and brand identity.

Industry Insights:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging issues, and business model changes.
  • Identify and leverage new tools, products, and features to enhance marketing strategies.

Data-Driven Marketing:

  • Utilize analytic tools, such as Google Analytics, to conduct market research.
  • Derive insights and opportunities from data analysis to improve marketing efforts.

Content Management and Optimization:

  • Ensure W Energy’s social media accounts and website are regularly updated with high-quality content.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user experience to drive organic traffic and engagement.

Performance Reporting:

  • Compile performance reports on marketing initiatives and product performance.
  • Present reports to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to different campaigns and channels.
  • Monitor spending to ensure campaigns are cost-effective while meeting performance goals.

Innovative Strategies:

  • Explore and implement innovative marketing strategies, tools, and platforms to gain a competitive edge.
  • Adapt to changes in the digital marketing landscape and recommend strategies accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven as a Growth Marketer, with efforts directly contributing to rapid revenue growth.
  • 8+ years of experience driving results through marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience building and managing a team.
  • Experience working for private equity funded organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce and other marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to lead with creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be highly adaptable and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred:

  • MBA
  • Experience in the SaaS Industry
  • Experience in the Energy Industry
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas business with specific experience with oil and gas accounting, field operations, gas processing, crude/gas/NGL transportation, division orders, or related fields.
