Responsibilities
The Talent Recruitment Partner sources candidates through various recruiting platforms to identify and screen candidates to present to hospital hiring Directors and Managers. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in healthcare recruiting or related experience required.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.

- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
